FAA Level 1 Award in Awareness of First Aid for Mental Health (RQF) Duration - 4 hours (1/2 day)

This 4 hour course can benefit anyone who would like to learn more, and is a great stepping stone into First Aid for Mental Health.

• Providing advice and starting a conversation
• Stress
• Mental health conditions

Numbers
A maximum of 16 delegates.

Certification
Level 1 Award in Awareness for First Aid for Mental Health. 
No expiry of the qualification, but annual refresher taining is recommended.

Cost
£1400* for up to 16 delegates (price may be negotiable for a smaller number).
May be available as an open course at £120* per person. 

 

FAA Level 2 Award in First Aid for Mental Health (RQF) Duration - 1 day (6 hours)

This 1 day course is suitable for everyone but has been designed to help employers to provide a positive mental health culture within the workplace and to provide learneres with comprehensive knowledge on a range of the most common mental health conditions and the skills to be able to act should a condition be suspected.

• Drugs and alcohol
• First Aid for Mental Health action plan
• First Aid for Mental Health in the workplace

A maximum of 16 delegates.

Certification
A Level 2 Award in First Aid for Mental Health will be issued to the learner subject to successful assessment.
There is no expiry of the qualification, but annual refresher training is recommended.

Cost
£1600* for up to 16 delegates (price may be negotiable for a smaller number).
May be available as an open course at £150* per person. 

 

FAA Level 3 Award in Supervising First Aid for Mental Health (RQF) Duration - 2 days (12 hours)

This 2 day course builds on the Level 2 Award and covers a wider range of mental health conditions. It goes into detail on the range of therapy and professional support that a person may be given by professional bodies. It is suitable for all but aimed at those who hold a supervisory/managerial level position or who have responsibility for implementing a positive mental health culture and responsibility for First Aid for Mental Health.
